Ottawa, ON, June 10, 2021 – Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, enters the energy conservation software sector with the acquisition of the Consumer Analytics Solutions (CES) business from Aclara Technologies LLC (Aclara).
The CES business of Aclara offers utility providers the Adaptive Consumer Engagement (ACE) platform designed to provide its customers with a personalized experience through robust analytics and data-driven graphs and messages. The platform will add energy management, home energy reporting, and meter and asset data management solutions to Harris’ comprehensive utilities product portfolio.
